Insurance Information
Crown Cranial & Orthotics is able to bill as in-network for most private and Medicaid insurances. After your free initial evaluation, we will call your insurance company and gather all the details of your coverage and benefits. Before moving forward with a device, you will have a thorough understanding of what your coverage is and if there are any expected out of pocket costs. Most insurance plans have coverage for custom orthotics and cranial remolding helmets.
In the rare instances that a patient does not have insurance, or there is no coverage under an insurance plan, we are able to offer a cash pay discount.
